ADMISSION

Students interested in enrolling in CCCS should call the school office at 877-0558.  If space is available, pre-registration or enrollment can take place immediately.  If the school is full, the student will be put on a waiting list and take part in the next scheduled lottery (see Lottery below).

All students under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Call the school office for further enrollment instructions.

CCCS strives to have a caring and safe learning environment. Clear expectations, fairness, and consistency regarding rules help students to make good choices while at school.  Students cannot learn if they do not feel safe.  CCCS is committed to helping students learn to make safe choices, but we cannot tolerate dangerous, threatening or repeatedly disruptive behaviors in our learning environment.  The Student/Parent Handbook explains rules and expectations in more detail.

The Lottery System

If, following initial enrollment in August, the enrollment exceeds the capacity of CCCS, all subsequent applications for enrollment will be put on a waiting list.

Lotteries will be held in the spring and fall as needed.

The lottery will be governed by the following rules:

1. All students who are on the waiting list will be allowed to enter prior to new students.

2. If a student is chosen in the lottery and there is a sibling or siblings who want to attend CCCS, those siblings will be given preference so the family can all attend the same school.

3. Each student's lottery draw will determine the number that student has on the waiting list.  Students will be removed from the waiting list in the order selected as seats become available.

It is understood that students allowed to enroll in CCCS will be able to re-enroll for the following school year as long as they are in good standing with the school.  It is further understood that if a student is enrolled in the school and a sibling desires to attend, that child will be given preference so the family can all attend the same school the following school year.
