Cesar Chavez Community School is requesting proposals for school food service management services. The Food Service Management Company will provide management services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines as well as State or New Mexico Department or Education policies and guidelines.

Cesar Chavez Community School reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposals that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best Interest of the school.


A pre-bid meeting will take place at Cesar Chavez Community School on February 15, 2017 at 10:00 am. A copy of the RFP will be available at Cesar Chavez Community School, 1325 Palomas Dr. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108 or by email at by February 8, 2017. Potential bidders are asked to e-mail their questions to Samantha Chavez at by February 17, 2017. The school will email its response to these questions by February 22, 2017.


All proposals must be submitted no later than 6:00 P.M. on March 10, 2017. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to Cesar Chavez Community School and be clearly marked: Food Service Management Proposal.
