Seeking experienced full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LISW) for 2026-27 school year, to provide clinical therapy to high-risk high school students. Sessions take place in on-campus setting with some online sessions.

This is a creative opportunity to make a difference in students' lives and build caring, meaningful connections with on-going therapeutic caseload.

Work hours: On campus, 9:15 am to 5:15 pm Monday through Thursday; remote/online work from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays.

200 day contract on school calendar.

Qualifications

Applicant must have LCSW or LISW and 5+ years of Clinical experience.

Ability to work with special education IEP students.

Ability to build rapport with "at-risk" teens.

Exemplary in-person and online therapy skills, and crisis intervention skills necessary.

Spanish bilingual preferred, and stipend available.

Responsibilities Include:

On-going clinical counseling for students

Building therapeutic relationships with students on campus and online

Case Management with students and families connecting to resources including food, housing, and other services

Crisis Intervention

Facilitate small therapeutic groups with students
